Libby Spellman is a Corporate Communications leader at Valent U.S.A. LLC, where she oversees enterprise brand strategy and communications across digital, internal, and external channels. Based in Texas, she leads initiatives that shape and protect the company’s corporate narrative, strengthen stakeholder trust, and ensure brand consistency across key business priorities and platforms.
With a background in digital strategy, brand communications, and design, Libby brings a data-driven approach to aligning messaging with organizational goals and enhancing performance across web and integrated communication channels.
In addition to her industry experience, Libby has taught undergraduate communications and marketing courses at Southern New Hampshire University. Her professional background includes leadership roles at Hickory Point Bank, where she served as Vice President of Innovation and Digital Strategy, as well as experience as a Web Specialist in Corporate Communications at ADM. She also previously served as Head Cheerleading Coach at Millikin University.
Libby holds a Master of Science in Strategic Branding and Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism (double major) from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
