Hayley Tennant is a seasoned insurance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head of VALE International, as well as the Global Head of Warranty and Indemnity (W&I) at VALE Insurance Partners since December 2019. Prior experience includes positions as Director for both W&I International and W&I Europe at VALE, and Partner roles at Marsh and JLT Specialty, where Hayley specialized in M&A insurance, transaction liability insurance, and various insurance products. Previous tenure at Allied World included serving as Vice President of European Mergers & Acquisitions, and earlier experience as a Corporate Finance solicitor at Norton Rose Group. Hayley holds an LLM Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School and a degree in Law with French Law from the University of Birmingham.
