Shanna Naumann Coleman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search consulting, organizational development, and media management. Currently serving as Senior Director at Vaco since September 2016, Shanna specializes in executive search consulting, both contingency and retained. Prior to this role, Shanna was the Principal Consultant and Founder of Professional Consulting Partners, focusing on areas such as operational efficiency and financial management from 2008 to 2016. Shanna held significant leadership positions at Cox Communications, including Vice President and General Manager for both the Louisiana advertising division and the North Central Division, overseeing extensive operations across multiple states. Additional roles at CableTime Media Sales, including Vice President and General Manager for the Southeast Division, and earlier positions as General Sales Manager and Account Executive, further demonstrate Shanna's diverse capabilities in sales, marketing, and operations.
