Yazmin Sanchez is currently the Assistant Director of Grants Administration at the V Foundation. Previously, Yazmin worked as an Administrative Specialist at UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, providing comprehensive support for various laboratories. They also gained experience as a Student Worker at DASA Assessment, where they assisted with clerical work and analyzed survey data for a large student population. Additionally, Yazmin led a team as the Summer Education Lead at Ecological Marine Adventure and held leadership roles as P.A.C.K. Chair and Vice President of the University Activities Board, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Yazmin earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from North Carolina State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at Appalachian State University.
