Muthiah Ganapathy is a seasoned Company Secretary with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. From 2008 to 2021, Muthiah served as Company Secretary at Aditya Birla Group, and is currently heading the Secretarial & Compliance Department at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, where they have successfully managed significant financial processes, including IPOs and compliance with regulatory bodies. Muthiah is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance at the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
