M Ovase has extensive experience in supply management and technology within the United States Postal Service since 1994, currently serving as Manager of Supply Management Business Systems. Responsibilities include formulating long-term technology strategies and overseeing data integrity across various platforms. M Ovase has held multiple leadership positions, including Contracting Officer Level III and Program Manager roles, where key achievements involved enhancing operational efficiency and managing significant system acquisitions. Additionally, M Ovase contributes to the Engineering Leadership Program at Shenandoah University and has served as an Associate Professor at the University of Phoenix, focusing on business management disciplines. M Ovase holds an MBA and a BBA from Oklahoma City University, as well as a BASc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the School of Technology.
