Rodrigo Ribeiro Pinto, PMP, serves as the Director of Engineering, Construction and Project Management at USIMINAS since January 2021, previously holding key positions at thyssenkrupp as Head of Project Management and Senior Project Manager. With a strong background in procurement and supplier integration at Companhia Siderúrgica do Pecém, Rodrigo also excelled at VSE - Vale Soluções em Energia, where roles included General Manager of Engineering and Project Management. As CEO of Plum Combustion, Inc. and TAO Sustainable Power Solutions, Rodrigo advanced combustion technologies and gas turbine programs. Educational credentials include an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering.
