Rebecca Kellner is an attorney and fractional general counsel specializing in contracts, employment law, and compliance for small businesses and nonprofits. They are currently the VP, Assistant General Counsel, and Compliance Officer at USI Insurance Services, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as Senior Legal Counsel at USI Insurance Services from 2018 to 2021, and as Associate Corporate Counsel at Ryan Specialty Group from 2021 to 2022. Rebecca's earlier legal experience includes positions at Lindner & Marsack, S.C., and various roles as an attorney and compliance officer across multiple firms. They hold a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Marquette University Law School and a BBA in Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
