Kimberly C. is currently the Chief of Staff to the CTO at UserTesting, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Kimberly has served as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff to the CTO at R1 RCM from 2021 to 2024, and in similar roles at VisitPay from 2019 to 2021 and Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US from 2016 to 2018. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Recruiting Assistant at Brannon Professionals, a Software Trainer at ACTIVE Network, and a Training Coordinator at ServiceU Corporation. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Music degree from The University of Memphis in 2014.
