With over 10 years of experience in fair lending analytics, they possess strong data analytical and modeling skills and a deep understanding of financial service regulations. Warren has held significant roles at institutions such as Capital One and BBVA in the USA, where they built teams and developed frameworks to mitigate fair lending risks. They earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Computer Science from the same institution, among other degrees.
