Robert Ruezinsky is a Certified Internal Auditor with over 20 years of experience in auditing, risk management, compliance, and control evaluation at large financial institutions. Currently serving as the Business Strategy and Planning Director at USAA, they focus on skills assessment and development, managing internship programs, and partnering with senior management to address skills gaps. Previously, Robert held various roles at Wells Fargo and Ally Financial Inc., where they contributed to audit plan development, compliance oversight, and team engagement initiatives. They hold a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton and an MBA in Global Business from Rider University.
