Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, Paula moved to the United States at age five and is fluent in both English and Spanish. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2018, and have gained valuable experience through positions at Capital CDC and Labor Law Compliance Center.
