Jeanette Valadez-Garcia is a leader with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff and Executive Operational Planning Director at USAA, Jeanette has held various roles within the company since 1994, including positions in P&C Insurance Sales and Service and Retail Banking management.
