Izzy Hernandez is an Agile Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) at USAA, where they have worked since 2021. Prior to this role, Izzy served as the Program Development Product Owner Lead at USAA Real Estate from 2011 to 2021. They also held positions as a Branch Manager at Accredited Home Lenders and Co-Owner at DRIVE, LLC. Izzy has extensive experience in the music industry, having worked as General Manager at BMG Zomba Music Libraries and Business Owner with TORMENTA while also being involved in creative coordination and management. Currently, Izzy is pursuing a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Texas Tech University, which they began in 1990.
