Paul Schwartz is a senior information technology management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and guiding organizations through significant change management activities. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Platforms & Technology at US Foods since 1988, Paul oversees the operations and administration of enterprise-wide technology. Prior experience includes consulting for small businesses and a role at PSR Systems, where Paul worked across various industries. Paul also contributed to education as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix, teaching information technology courses from 2009 to 2017. Paul holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
