Melanie Rodriguez is a dedicated education and customer service professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Advocate Manager at Urgently since March 2021, Melanie has also held positions as Partner Customer Advocate and Call Center Representative within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an Education and Program Coordinator at YM-YWHA of Union County, Preschool Teacher at Kiddie Academy, and English Teacher during overseas volunteer work at Tsebaoth Christian Academy. Melanie holds a Bachelorās degree in Preschool Education from Universidad de Puerto Rico and a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from Liberty University. Additionally, a high school diploma was earned from Luz America Claderon High School.
