Anne Sonnichsen currently serves as the Director and Head of Project Development at Urban Partners since January 2025. Prior to this role, Anne held multiple leadership positions at Nrep, including Head of Construction for both NREP DK and Living DK from October 2022 to February 2025. Experience also includes serving as the Construction Manager for North Europe at Ingka Group from June 2019 to October 2022 and at IKEA from October 2015 to October 2022. Earlier positions include Senior Projektleder at Nyt Hospital og Ny Psykiatri Bispebjerg, where Anne oversaw the planning and execution of a 78,000 sqm project, and Projektleder at Pihl & Søn A/S, managing projects valued between 40 to 600 million kroner. Anne's career began as an Indkøbskoordinator at NCC and a Konstruktør stud. at White Arkitekter. Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and construction from Byggeteknisk Højskole KBH, completed in 2004.
