Dawn Cawagas, RPm, CHRA, is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional with a background in virtual assistance and social media marketing. Currently serving as a Virtual Assistant Recruiter at Black Stag Digital Marketing Agency since January 2020, Dawn also has experience with Upwork and worked in the Human Resources Department of Zambales from 2018 to 2019, where responsibilities included screening applicants, managing job postings, and conducting interviews.
