Alexander Matthey currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Board Member at Upvest since July 2025 and as CTO at Parloa since January 2025, where the focus is on transforming customer service with an AI Agent Management Platform. Prior to this, Alexander held several positions at Adyen from January 2015 to December 2024, including CTO, EVP Technology, and VP Integrations Germany, leading initiatives for a global financial technology platform. Earlier experience includes serving as CTO at GLOSSYBOX, managing software development processes, and as CEO of CODAS-IT, developing software solutions. Alexander holds a Magister degree in History, IT, and Economics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
