Ryan Repich is an experienced operational leader currently serving as the Vice President of Project Management at Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. They previously held positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Private Label Foods and Sr. Vice President of Operations at McLane Company, Inc. With a strong foundation in project management principles and lean methodologies, Ryan has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Genesee Community College and a Course Instructor at Ashford University. Ryan holds several degrees, including a Doctorate in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher University and a B.S. in Business Management from SUNY Brockport.
