Will Lyons is the Director of Executive Rewards at UPS, a position held since 2019. Previously, they served as Investor Services Manager at United Parcel Service from 1999 to 2016, where they managed the administration of employee equity compensation plans. Will attended the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business from 1995 to 1998 and is currently pursuing further education at Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business.
