Mike Ausley is the current Director of Flight Operations at UPS, having dedicated most of their career to the company. They have held various positions, including MD11 Flight Training Manager and Chief Pilot, and have been responsible for managing flight operations across multiple regions, specifically Europe and the East Coast. In 2015, Mike became the 757/767 Fleet Manager and later assumed the role of Chief Pilot at the Louisville Worldport facility, overseeing over 1900 crew members. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Mary Washington and is considering retirement in 2023 to pursue a part-time corporate position while spending more time with family.
