Stefan Smits is the Head of R&D at UPFRONT, where they draw on their expertise in Food Technology, currently pursuing a Master's degree at Wageningen University & Research with a specialization in Food Digestion and Health. Previously, Stefan held various roles, including Food Technologist and Product Developer at UPFRONT, and contributed to projects as a freelancer at PestScan. Their experiences also include serving as a Local Hero at GoodMoovs, a customer support role at PestScan B.V., and internships in product development at Givaudan and Compaxo Group B.V. Throughout their career, Stefan has demonstrated a commitment to creativity, teamwork, and relationship-building.
