Insur S. is currently the Global Head of Organisational Culture and Engagement at UNOPS, where they lead the culture function for a large United Nations agency. Previously, Insur held senior roles at organizations including World Vision, where they directed global talent management and culture initiatives, and Gallup, where they provided consulting on employee engagement and leadership strategies. Insur founded and directed Eurasian College, focusing on leadership development and ethical governance in the post-Soviet context. They hold a Ph.D. in Educational Studies from the University of Oxford.
