Rikke Heisz Nielsen is the Head of Product Management at UNIwise ApS. They previously served as a Support Manager and Solution Architect at the same company, where they collaborated on the development of functionality for WISEflow. Rikke has experience as a Tutor and Instructor at Aarhus University, guiding students through organizations and qualitative methodologies, and worked as a Meeting Consultant at Nykredit, focusing on customer service. Rikke holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Information Science from Aarhus University, along with an educational stint at the University of New South Wales.
