Susan Hayes-McQueen is the Assistant Vice President for Development Services at the University of Washington, a position held since 2018. They have been with the university since 1996, previously serving as Senior Director of Prospect Management, Research, and Analytics, and have directed teams focused on prospect identification and management. Susan is a proud alumna of the University of Michigan and has pursued further education at the University of Washington, including a Certificate in Fundraising Management.
