Marni Reti is a registered Architect and Associate at Kaunitz Yeung Architecture, where they focus on participatory design working with Indigenous communities. They currently serve as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney, leading a Masters Design Studio that emphasizes Indigenous knowledge and community engagement in architecture. Marni graduated with a Master of Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney, where they were one of the first recipients of the Droga Indigenous Architecture Scholarship. They received the NSW Architect’s Medallion in 2021 and were recognized as Emerging Sustainable Architect/Designer at the Sustainability Awards in 2022. Born and raised in Redfern, Marni is dedicated to incorporating Indigenous perspectives into architectural education and practice.
