Ashalatha I K is a Senior Microscopy Specialist at the University of Sydney, where they lead the setup of new research labs and manage the integration of advanced SEM, FIB, and AFM instruments. They collaborate with a diverse range of academic and industry clients to enhance research capabilities. Prior to this role, Ashalatha spent nine years at STMicroelectronics in Singapore, focusing on quality assurance and failure analysis, where they supported cross-facility collaborations and contributed to a culture of safety and excellence. Ashalatha holds a Master's degree in Microelectronics from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
