Eric Acciani is currently the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach at the University of Redlands. Previously, they served as the Quarterbacks Coach at Tennessee Tech University and the Offensive Coordinator at Mercyhurst University. With extensive coaching experience that includes roles at Virginia Union University and Old Dominion University, Eric has a strong background in offensive strategies and quarterback development, having also coached at various high schools and in the German Football League. Eric earned a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Old Dominion University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Fullerton.
