Susan Jolley is an administrator and associate faculty member at the University of Phoenix, where they have worked since 1993. As an Operations Manager and Director of Student Services/Operations, they have participated in faculty training and managed the evaluation of faculty performance. In their role as Associate Faculty since 1994, they have guided over 3,000 students in MBA programs, specializing in writing, research, critical thinking, and public speaking. Susan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, earned between 1982 and 1984.
