Maren Gaughan is a seasoned professional in development and leadership giving, currently serving as Associate Dean for Leadership Giving and Development at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine since August 2010. Previously, Maren held the position of Executive Director of Development at the Coriell Institute for Medical Research from 2008 to July 2010 and at Jefferson's Kimmel Cancer Center from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Maren was Associate Vice President of Development at City of Hope from 1994 to 2006. Maren Gaughan holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania (2012-2017) and a BA in International Studies from Gettysburg College (1986-1990).
