Lauren Hoover is an experienced professional in customer service management with a focus on admissions, financial aid, and recruitment within higher education. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at the University of Pennsylvania, they independently manage the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid and oversee various operational aspects. Previously, Lauren held roles such as Admissions & Financial Aid Manager and Admissions & Recruitment Coordinator, where they significantly contributed to enrollment growth and event management. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing for Not-For-Profit Children's Programs from Lebanon Valley College and participated in an experiential learning program at The Philadelphia Center.
