Erica DeWispelaere, MHA, is the Associate Director of Operations at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. They have held various roles within the organization, including Administrator of Practice Operations and Associate Practice Manager, from 2021 to the present. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Manager and Office Manager at The Women's Centers from 2014 to 2016, and as a Patient Advocate from 2013 to 2014. Erica completed a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology at Temple University and a Master's degree in Health Administration from Penn State World Campus.
