Xiaolan Fu is an accomplished academic and leader in the field of technology and international development. Serving as the Director of Technology & Management for Development Centre at Oxford University from August 2006 to May 2024, Xiaolan Fu transitioned to the role of Director at the Oxford Advanced Research Center in August 2024. Xiaolan Fu has also held a professorship in Technology and International Development at the University of Oxford since August 2006, while founding OxValue.AI in March 2022. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Research Fellow at CBR, Cambridge University from July 2003 to July 2006. Additionally, Xiaolan Fu has been a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences since September 2021. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Lancaster University and postdoctoral research at the University of Cambridge in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
