Iain Critchlow is the Deputy Director of Estates (Strategic Real Estate) at the University of Oxford, where they have held various roles related to asset and space management since 2016. Currently, Iain also serves as Senior Responsible Owner for the University Intelligent Client Function, overseeing a significant investment initiative in innovation districts and residential accommodations. Iain holds an MBA in Business from the University of Birmingham, an MSc in Real Estate with Distinction from the University of Reading, and a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Liverpool. Prior to joining Oxford, Iain worked as a Surveyor at Bromwich Hardy from 2006 to 2012.
