Abhishek Dasgupta is currently a Research Software Engineer at the Doctoral Training Centre, University of Oxford. They previously served as a Senior Research Software Engineer within the Oxford Research Software Engineering Group and held multiple roles including Research Associate and Research Fellow in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Oxford. Abhishek completed their DPhil at the Department of Computer Science, University of Oxford, where they developed theories and frameworks for parallel inference algorithms in machine learning. Earlier in their career, they held various internships, including at the Max Planck Institute and JNCASR, and were involved in the Oxford India Society as an Information Architect and Events Coordinator. Abhishek earned an Integrated BS-MS in Physics from IISER Kolkata.
