Suna Cicekli is an experienced professional in human resources and athletics, currently serving as the Associate Athletics Director for People, Culture, and Belonging at the University of Oklahoma since July 2018. In this senior leadership role, Suna Cicekli oversees the day-to-day operations of the Athletic department, focusing on developing inclusive people strategies, talent management, and change management. Previously, Suna Cicekli held positions as Assistant Athletics Director for People & Culture and Director of Athletics Human Resources, managing extensive staff and contributing to the strategic staffing needs of the department's 19 sports programs. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Assessment and Referrals at Methodist Family Health and as an Assessment Referral Counselor at The Bridgeway. Suna Cicekli holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, both from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
