Riley Craft is a social media native passionate about enhancing customer engagement. They studied business administration with a focus on marketing at the University of North Georgia from 2014 to 2018, where they developed skills in branding and client outreach. Currently, Riley serves as the Associate Director for CRM Systems and as the Associate Director for Marketing and Communications at the University of North Georgia, building on their experience in admissions and communication. Their previous roles include working as a barista at Starbucks and a media intern at Westside Baptist Church, along with freelancing as a social media manager for various on-campus organizations.
