Lasaiah Christensen currently serves as an HR Partner in the Athletic Department at the University of Nevada, Reno, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Lasaiah worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Reno Orthopedic Center from May 2022 to June 2025, managing various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with I-9 documentation and workers' compensation claims.
