Lisa Braysen is the Executive Director of Library Services at the University of Houston-Downtown, bringing over 20 years of experience in academic libraries. They previously served as the Assistant Director at Harrington Library, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and as the Associate Director for Education and Research Services at the Houston Academy of Medicine-Texas Medical Center Library. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Library Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in History and Art History from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
