Dianne Hardin

Dianne Hardin graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 1990 with a BA in Economics and Finance. They have extensive experience in the telecom, IT consulting, and banking industries, leading development teams to create innovative products that enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth. Dianne has played a pivotal role in adopting digital marketing initiatives and has assisted Fortune 100 companies with demand generation platforms. They completed their master's degree in Design and Marketing at the University of Cincinnati in 2014 and are currently working as an Associate Professor at the Lindner College of Business, where they teach an integrated Services Marketing-Experience Design class. Dianne's thesis focused on the intersection of design and organizational empathy, contributing to publications in the Design Management Institute dmi:review Journal.
