Catalin Macarie is an Associate Professor of Business Management at the University of Cincinnati, where they also served as the Director of Freshmen Experience. Since 2006, they have been the Founder and CTO of Cat Creatives. Previously, Catalin held the role of Director of Global Business Development at WorldShare / Source Retrieval from 1998 to 2000, and worked as Marketing & Creative Director and Web Projects Manager at SENTRILOCK, LLC and MFM SOFTWARE, INC. Catalin earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
