Pat Carrabre is a composer and the current Director of the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts at the University of British Columbia. They have previously served as the Director of the School of Music at the University of British Columbia and as a professor at Brandon University for 27 years. Pat's extensive experience includes hosting on CBC Radio 2 and holding the position of Performing Arts Officer at the Manitoba Arts Council. They earned a Ph.D. in Music from the City University of New York Graduate Center and hold degrees from the University of Manitoba and The University of Western Ontario.
