Eve Canty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education and workforce development. Currently serving as the Director of Professional and Workforce Development at the University of Arkansas, Eve leads initiatives that strengthen Arkansas's workforce through employer partnerships and non-credit training programs. Previous roles include Director of Special Projects and Innovation at the University of Arkansas, where efforts focused on operational improvements and access to education, and various positions at Covington & Burling LLP, AGB Consulting, and Core Education, where strategic planning and partnership development were prioritized. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University, complemented by project leadership training from Cornell University.
