Alexey Malakhov is the Edward W. Reed Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Arkansas, where they have been enriching the academic landscape since 2006. Previously, Alexey served as a Lecturer at Northwestern University from 2000 to 2005 and as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2005 to 2006. They began their career in 1993 as a Manager at Impex, Ltd. Alexey is currently pursuing Ph.D. degrees in Managerial Economics and Strategy at Northwestern University and Applied Mathematics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, holding an M.S. in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
