Anis Alysha is currently a Doctoral Researcher at Universiti Kuala Lumpur. Prior to this, Anis worked as a Research Assistant at the same university and completed an internship at Bio-Nutricia. Anis holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Kuala Lumpur and has conducted research on the antimicrobial activity of Phaleria macrocarpa's fruits during their final year as a student. Their current research focuses on the thermo-tolerance mechanism in coated alginate-palm kernel cake heterogenous encapsulant for immobilized Lactobacillus plantarum survivability.
