Michael Weisskopf is an experienced medical professional currently serving as the Oberarzt and Leiter of the Research Biobanking Service Center at UniversitätsSpital Zürich, alongside the role of Head of IT Research and Education since December 2016. Prior to this position, Michael held the title of Director of Business Development at CRS Clinical Research Services Andernach GmbH from December 2013 to November 2016 and worked as a Clinical Trial Physician at Universitätsspital Zürich from August 2009 to November 2013, focusing on the planning and execution of clinical trials. Michael began the medical career as a Resident Physician in Internal Medicine at Seespital Horgen from July 2007 to August 2009. Michael holds a medical degree from the University of Zurich, an FMH Specialist Title in Pharmaceutical Medicine from the University of Basel, and a Master of Science in Biobanking from Medizinische Universität Graz.
