Jose Velasco is an experienced professional with a strong background in maintenance coordination, project management, and education. Currently serving as Jefe de Mantenimiento at Universidad del Pacífico Paraguay since March 2020, Jose oversees maintenance activities, resource management, and personnel handling. Concurrently, a docente at Universidad de Carabobo since October 2007, with roles including Coordinator of Preparers and Faculty Counselor. Previously, Jose worked as a Project Design Engineer at Telrad Paraguay SA, Assistant to Project Management at Dell'Acqua, Planning Coordinator at Smurfit Kappa, and Technical Mechanical Hydraulic Group Leader at SIDOR. Jose holds a Doctorate in Education from Universidad Iberoamericana, a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Carabobo, and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
