Jeffrey Kaplan is a seasoned sound editor currently serving as the Supervising Sound Editor for "Chicago P.D." at NBC Universal. With extensive experience at various production companies, including a long tenure at NBC Universal where they worked on notable series such as "Law & Order" and "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," Kaplan has demonstrated their expertise in the field. They have also contributed to the education of aspiring filmmakers as a Guest Speaker at UNLV Film School since 2006 and previously at Florida State University Film Department. Kaplan's career spans several decades, beginning with their role as a manager at Coast Stereo in the early 1980s.
