Rebecca Boyden possesses extensive experience in legal and corporate governance roles, currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Vacasa since February 2023. Prior to this, Rebecca served as Chief Legal Officer at Cerebras Systems and Vice President, General Counsel at Broadcom Inc., where responsibilities included managing corporate finance, capital markets, and compliance. Rebecca also held several legal positions, including Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel, at Broadcom Inc. and Avago Technologies Limited, respectively, alongside a foundation in corporate law and securities at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Educational credentials include an LLM in Corporate Law from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and an LLB from the University of Bristol.
